SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS (DETENTION AND SUPERVISION) AMENDMENT (COMMUNITY SAFETY) ACT 2016 (NO. 32 OF 2016) - SECT 30
Definitions
In section 3(1) of the Principal Act, for the
definition of "specified officer" substitute —
"" specified officer" means a person authorised to act as a specified officer
under section 158F;".
