TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (FURTHER TAXI REFORM AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2014 (NO. 35 OF 2014) - SECT 46

    (1)     In section 2(1) of the Principal Act, in the definition of "Safety Director", for "Section" substitute "section".

    (2)     In section 136(3) of the Principal Act, for "subsection (1)" substitute "subsection (1A)".

    (3)     In section 136A(3) of the Principal Act, for "section 136(1)" substitute "section 136(1A)".

    (4)     In section 212AA(5) of the Principal Act, for "pay" substitute "to pay".
