WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION AMENDMENT (PROVISIONAL PAYMENTS) ACT 2021 (NO. 5 OF 2021) - SECT 33
Determination of State with which worker's employment is connected in proceedings under this Act
In section 91A(1) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 , after "Act" insert
"or a request for provisional payments under Division 2BA".
