WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION AMENDMENT (PROVISIONAL PAYMENTS) ACT 2021 (NO. 5 OF 2021) - SECT 34
Determination by County Court of State with which worker's employment is connected
In section 91B(1) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 —
(a) after "Act" insert "or a request
for provisional payments has been made under Division 2BA";
(b) after "the claim" insert "or
request".
